I’m a technical support engineer with more than a decade of experience helping people navigate complex
problems in SaaS and fintech. I’m also a curious builder — someone who follows questions, experiments with
ideas, and creates systems that make information easier to work with.
Outside of work, I design small tools, websites, and data workflows. Whether I’m debugging a tough
integration, modeling a data pipeline, or learning a new technology from scratch, I’m drawn to work that

EXPERIENCE
For the past six years, I’ve supported enterprise clients and developers in a SaaS environment — often diving into complex technical issues involving APIs, data, integrations, and distributed systems. My background in support has shaped how I work: investigate deeply, think holistically, and simplify what’s complicated.
Alongside my support work, I’ve become increasingly focused on architecting internal tools, data flows, and automation pipelines. I enjoy turning messy or unstructured information into organized, reliable systems — something I explore through freelance work and personal projects.
Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, and Express. Experienced with REST APIs, payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal), and SQL-based systems like PostgreSQL. Comfortable with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform), deployments, and performance debugging.
I enjoy understanding how parts connect — services, data flows, schemas, and processes. Recently, I’ve been building modular ETL pipelines, working with Cloud Run Jobs, staging → public schema patterns, idempotent ingestion, and data modeling for large datasets.
