I’m a technical support engineer with more than a decade of experience helping people navigate complex
problems in SaaS and fintech. I’m also a curious builder — someone who follows questions, experiments with
ideas, and creates systems that make information easier to work with.
Outside of work, I design small tools, websites, and data workflows. Whether I’m debugging a tough
integration, modeling a data pipeline, or learning a new technology from scratch, I’m drawn to work that
blends systems thinking, clarity, and thoughtful design.
